5.3 VIP Program

5.4 Bonus Abuse

• Extended inactivity (generally 12 months or more)

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team via live chat or email. It is your responsibility to meet all applicable wagering requirements and withdraw any remaining balance before closing the account.

• Loss caused by any problem with your device or software
